Advocate Training college staff are available to provide general advice and proper assistance with several ways to better understand their individual needs and how we can best provide services to each student to maximise their chances of successfully completing the selected training program. We engage and support students with these matters such as:
- Academic Support / Studying
Our Academic Manager is here to be contacted and assist with students when they are experiencing difficulties with their studies
- Accommodation
Our Student Support Staff can guide and assist the students who might have difficulties to look for or change accommodation according to student request. The students’ safety and comfort is always the first priority at our college
- Counselling and Complaint
Our Student Services & Admin Team have broad and extensive knowledge of Advocate Training programs and services, as well as other educational and vocational pathways solutions. Please speak to them for help with your studies. They can also give you guidance or advice on general health related issues, personal problems, and referral to other services such as legal and medical organisations.

- Information Technology (IT) Support
Our IT Team & Student Service Officer can help you or advice on general IT related issues on your studies
- Language Literacy and Numeracy Support
Students requiring special or intensive assistance must contact Student Services, who may refer them to external support services if necessary (external service charges may apply). Referral services are provided with no cost to the student.
Students requiring individual training needs must contact the Student Services for further assistance. Scheduled training session needs to be arranged by Academic Manager and intervention strategy may apply.
